Reach Us Directly
Email [email protected] for anything written, call (888) 660-2495 during business hours, or write to Reliant Funding, 8678 Kingfisher Lane, Suite 708, Columbus, OH 43259.
Email is the fastest door for most questions and the right one for anything involving documents or details worth keeping in writing — we aim to respond within one to two business days. The phone line handles general questions about how the service works, and the mailing address exists for formal correspondence. Whichever door you choose, plain language works: describe what happened and what you need, and skip any account numbers or full Social Security numbers in email, which no legitimate service asks you to send that way.
Which Questions Belong to Your Lender
Questions about an active or funded loan — balances, due dates, payoff quotes, payment changes, hardship options — go to the lender named in your loan agreement, using the contact details printed on that paperwork.
This is a boundary of capability, not preference: Reliant Funding is a connection service, so your lender holds your account, your payment history, and the authority to adjust anything. Their contact details are on your agreement and every statement. If you cannot locate your lender's information, email us with your name and approximate application date and we will help you identify the lender you were connected with — that part we can do.
Which Questions Belong to Us
Bring us questions about the application and matching process, our website and guides, corrections to published content, privacy requests under our privacy policy, and reports of anyone impersonating Reliant Funding.
Impersonation reports get priority handling: if anyone claiming to be us has asked you for upfront payment, gift cards, or banking passwords, that is fraud — end contact, keep the messages, and tell us so we can act. Corrections matter to us too; our guides carry worked numbers, and if you find one that is wrong or unclear, the desk that wrote it wants to know. Feedback on the service itself — good, bad, or specific — is read by people empowered to change things, which our reviews page reflects.
Before You Write: The Fast Answers
The questions we receive most already have public answers: the process is on How It Works, qualification on Eligibility, cost ranges on Rates, and two dozen specifics on the FAQ.
Checking those four pages first often beats even our best response time. And a standing reminder that protects everyone: we never charge borrowers fees, never request payment to release funds, and never ask for online banking credentials — by email, phone, or any other channel. Anything contrary is not us.
